Responsibilities

Define and execute the data science strategy aligned with business goals

Identify opportunities for data driven innovation and competitive advantage

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on continuous learning

Oversee the development, deployment, and monitoring of predictive models and analytical solutions

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact

Champion the use of AI-assisted code generation tools to accelerate development and improve productivity

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Reporting to implement and maintain semantic layers to enable self-service analytics and scalable reporting

Partner with key stakeholders (business leaders, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to integrate data science into decision-making process

Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Establish best practices for model development, validation and ethical use of AI

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations

Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in data science
