Responsibilities

Contribute to the MSAT Digital Transformation strategic vision and roadmap

Build strong partnerships with Digital, CMC community, M&S, and Launch Engine to execute strategic MSAT Digital Transformation roadmap

Coordinate the configuration, release, and deployment of digital tools across the Global MSAT Network

Lead with users the phases of gathering needs and associated business cases

Establish in synergy with site and global teams the necessary strategies and roadmaps associated with collected needs

Lead on the execution and achievement of deliverables on time and within budget

Measure gains (cost, cycle time, robustness, etc)

Define communication plans, particularly regarding change management (training, education, etc)

Required

Degree in Engineering, Digital, Biology, Scientific Project Management, Operations Research, or related disciplines

Ph.D. with 2 years industry experience

Fluent in English (Speaking and writing)

Managerial skills: mastery of project management, results-oriented, ability to cooperate cross-functionally, act to change

Preferred

Experience with Biotech / Pharma industry

Technical skills: Data science skills (data capture, data management, data analysis, modeling), good general knowledge of pharma/biopharma manufacturing processes and analytics

Quality skills: knowledge of the site's quality processes and the regulations in force (cGMP, HSE, GMP, ICH)
