Sales Representative – USA

Diagnoly is a start-up redefining obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine through real-time AI in ultrasound. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building Diagnoly’s presence in the US by developing new business opportunities and managing sales pipelines in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities across ObGyn and MFM clinics, hospitals and hospital networks
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting
Lead product presentations, demos and discussions with clinicians and department managers
Navigate healthcare purchasing and contracting processes
Negotiate agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Represent Diagnoly at industry events, conferences and professional society meetings
Capture and communicate customer and market insights
Consistently achieve activity goals related to prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closures

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equiv.) in Business, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or related field
2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in Healthcare or Medical Technology
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with clinicians and executive managers
High energy, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to win new customers
Comfortable working in start-up/scale-up environments with a hands-on, doer mentality
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events across the United States (up to 50%)

Preferred

Understanding of healthcare IT workflows, particularly DICOM and integration processes
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales enablement tools
Spanish would be a plus
