Responsibilities

Own and lead Upheal’s content strategy across social media, owned channels, and emerging platforms

Drive measurable outcomes: organic leads, inbound conversions, and meaningful engagement

Translate complex ideas from AI, mental health, and clinical workflows into simple, relatable stories

Track and optimize content performance with clear metrics

Create compelling written, visual, and short-form content that resonates emotionally and builds trust

Serve as a hands-on content creator across formats: posts, blogs, newsletter, thought leadership pieces, webinars, product explainers, and community prompts

Ensure content quality, tone consistency, and brand cohesion across all channels

Own and grow Upheal’s social presence (LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)

Build an engaged community of clinicians and supporters

Develop content series and community programs that foster engagement, shareability, and advocacy

Monitor and moderate relevant conversations in mental health, digital health, AI, and therapy communities

Work with product, clinical, sales, and leadership teams to ensure high-impact messaging and alignment

Manage external agencies, freelancers, designers, and video editors to scale output efficiently
