Enterprise Sales Director North America
PharosIQ is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Director to drive full-cycle B2B sales and expand our presence in the marketing technology space. This role involves building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to a growth-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to closing and account expansion
Build and maintain a strong pipeline across assigned territories
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and business needs
Deliver consultative sales presentations and proposals aligned to client objectives
Negotiate, close, and renew contracts to achieve quarterly and annual targets
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting
Represent PharosIQ at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Continuously develop strategies to maximize territory performance and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in B2B sales with proven quota-carrying results, managerial or director-level preferred
1–2 years selling to Marketing Line of Business (MarTech, demand generation, or marketing services)
Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystem and enterprise sales cycles
CRM: Salesforce
Sales Engagement & Data Tools: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or similar
Intent Data Platforms: 6sense, Demandbase, or equivalent
Marketing Automation: Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc
Social Selling: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator
Productivity: Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Ability to generate 3+ qualified meetings per week
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented
Adaptable to dynamic environments, open to feedback and coaching
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
