Responsibilities
Billing Manager / RCM Turnaround
Lead end-to-end billing operations turnaround for multi-specialty practices
Stabilize underperforming billing operations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Manage offshore billing and AR teams at scale, including workflow design, performance monitoring, and productivity optimization
Ensure accurate and consistent billing processes across specialties
Oversee charge capture, coding review, claims submission, and work queue management
Collaborate with physician leaders, practice administrators, and executive stakeholders to align billing operations with clinical and financial goals
Leverage KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis to drive accountability and operational improvements
Ensure billing compliance, HIPAA adherence, and regulatory audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) for large, multi-specialty group practices
Ability to lead end-to-end billing operations turnaround
Experience stabilizing underperforming billing operations and implementing corrective actions
Experience managing offshore billing and accounts receivable (AR) teams
Proficiency in workflow design, performance monitoring, and productivity optimization
Knowledge of accurate and consistent billing processes across specialties
Experience overseeing charge capture, coding review, claims submission, and work queue management
Ability to collaborate with physician leaders, practice administrators, and executive stakeholders
Experience leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis for operational improvements
Knowledge of billing compliance, HIPAA adherence, and regulatory audit readiness
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks and other major EHR/practice management systems
Experience with denial work queues, payer correspondence tools, and workflow optimization
Ability to utilize data-driven dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and accountability
