Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel and natural gas engines
Remove, install, disassemble, and recondition Caterpillar power units and generator sets
Conduct system testing, adjustments, and failure analysis
Troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic, and fuel system components
Deliver quality work in a fast-paced shop environment
Qualification
Required
Must own tools required to perform necessary repairs
High school diploma or GED required
Previous mechanic or military experience
Familiarity with Caterpillar power units, generator systems, and fuel systems
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electronic, and engine systems
Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and technical troubleshooting independently
Preferred
Associate's degree or technical school certificate preferred
