Responsibilities

Edit highlight reels using Adobe Premiere Pro and designing webpages using Wordpress

Coordinate with team leads to collect assets for project showcase content

Upkeep of the central content library (assets: reels, videos, images etc)

Liaise with client legal and permissions teams for content sign-off/approval

Collaborate with the US PR Manager to create written marketing content as needed

Coordinate internal photo/video shoots as needed

Create our End-of-Year Reel, showcasing studio highlights from the year

Compile project assets to create presentations for Global and San Francisco internal Show & Tells

Additional marketing projects and creative assistance to support the wider team, as required

Occasional travel to our Los Angeles office will be required

Qualification

Required

2-3 years experience in editing videos (ideally sizzle or highlight reels) and creating web pages along with other marketing content (ie. social posts)

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact with people at all levels

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Excellent time and project management skills

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of what grabs attention on social media platforms

Multitasker, with the ability to adapt quickly

A self-starter with a high level of initiative and creativity

Intermediate level experience with Wordpress and Premiere Pro required
