Build a comprehensive M&A playbook in collaboration with the business leaders for Finance, HR and IT
Provide feedback and support creation of good documents such as TSA; day one checklist etc
Develop Strategy for integration
Create assumptions on one-time and run-rate costs to inform the underwriting
Create the TSA exit roadmap
Track milestones using Smartsheet
Align all projects and create RAIDD logs (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions, Dependencies)
Track one-time as well as run-rate costs
Actively manage inter-dependencies
Prepare & Lead status meetings with senior stakeholders
Manage relationships with seller / buyer
Ensure project execution with project managers
Coach project managers
Qualification
Required
Strong project management skills
Strategic thinking
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and dependencies
IT background
Understanding of business processes in Finance and HR
