Responsibilities
Conducting sophisticated analytical and evaluative tasks to facilitate the effective adoption, integration, and long-term sustainability of organizational changes within the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)
Spearheading the analysis, design, implementation, and assessment of change management initiatives, ensuring that workforce adoption strategies are closely aligned with the agency's objectives, operational priorities, and overarching strategic transformation initiatives
Offering expert guidance to leadership on enhancing the effectiveness of change processes, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining operational continuity throughout periods of transition
Qualification
Required
One year as a Program Analyst 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of analytical experience, three of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
