Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business and customer stakeholders
Capture and document functional requirements and translate them into clear user stories
Act as a liaison between developers, testers, and customer teams throughout delivery
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with clients
Provide functional guidance for ServiceNow SIR and VR configuration and build efforts
Ensure requirements alignment to support a June go-live timeline

Required

3-4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar functional role
Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Functional expertise required; hands-on technical development not required

Preferred

Experience in the SIR and VR ServiceNow modules
Domain knowledge in security operations, risk, or vulnerability management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
