Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the program team as part of the Core Banking Modernization group within Consumer and Business Deposits. The individual will oversee products and solutions that service the core banking modernization journey, collaborating with business partners and leaders to drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs in support of core banking modernization efforts

Define and drive strategy to divest or decommission heritage applications

Define and drive stakeholder engagement plan, including identifying key stakeholders and assessing stakeholder impact

Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong collaboration skills with the proven ability to work closely with agile product development and cross-functional teams

Previous experience within the deposits and payments ecosystem
