Responsibilities

Spearhead research initiatives in mixed-signal integrated circuit design, advancing the state-of-the-art in current technology
Develop innovative circuit architectures and design techniques for next-generation mixed-signal systems
Conduct rigorous simulations and analysis to optimize circuit performance and power efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mixed-signal designs into complex system-on-chip (SoC) solutions
Author technical papers and present research findings at prestigious conferences and industry events
Provide mentorship to junior researchers and contribute significantly to the expansion of the team's expertise in mixed-signal design
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the field of mixed-signal IC design
Actively participate in the patent process to protect intellectual property and innovative designs

Required

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in mixed-signal design, including successful research projects and publications
Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles, with expertise in mixed-signal IC design (data converters, PLLs, high-speed interfaces)
Proficiency in industry-standard simulation and design tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys) and programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
In-depth understanding of semiconductor physics and fabrication processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a research team environment
Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively to solve complex technical challenges
