Responsibilities
Design and deliver IT solutions for Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Order Scheduling, and Backlog Management by collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams
Lead end-to-end project delivery, implement Agile practices, and ensure quality through testing, release management, and continuous improvement
Build and improve technical systems—including AI agent solutions—by working closely with engineers, architects, and global delivery teams, while setting standards for security and innovation
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and analyze operational metrics to drive support quality and business impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
5 years in Supply Chain ERP modules and functional domain expertise, specifically with Advanced supply chain planning (ASCP), Order Management ERP modules and customization
Good analytical skills in troubleshooting and optimizing ERP processes, plus experience with Agile methodology in software development
3 years of experience with artificial intelligence concepts, proven AI implementation, strong security proficiency, and legal eligibility to work in the country of application
Preferred
Cloud Certification in Oracle Advance Supply Chain Planning Modules preferred
Proven ability to interface effectively with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Experience with ERP system upgrades, migrations, or implementations
Knowledge of additional ERP platforms or supply chain management tools
Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
