Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for automotive electronics test and validation products targeted at customers in the California region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market through market analysis and competitor assessments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions (Hardware and Software products designed for engineering excellence)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with market demands
Stay informed about local industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies
Plan and execute marketing events, webinars and customer visits, supported by our marketing department

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher educational degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Technology, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proven track record of successful Sales management in the automotive electronics test and development tools sector
Professional experience working in US, California
Understanding complex electronics systems and their test and validation in automotive settings
Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze local market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
Fluency in English is crucial for effective communication with customers
Openness to travel to different customer sites in the US region
