Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable Salesforce implementations
Lead technical teams through the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including development, integration, testing, and deployment
Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and security compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic objectives
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features
Define and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data modeling, and security
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Preferred
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft, Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2)
