Sr. Enterprise Account Executive
FONpros is an early-stage, high-growth healthcare technology provider that helps hospitals and imaging centers transition to digital image and record sharing. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop and close key healthcare accounts, requiring strong sales skills and a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
Identify and target new health systems, imaging centers, and related organizations
Generate a pipeline through outreach, research, networking, and partner activity
Run structured discovery and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Partner closely with the president on strategy for key deals; support and follow through after major demos
Prepare and refine decks, summaries, proposals, and basic business cases
Manage details such as meeting prep, notes, follow-ups, contracts, DocuSign, and CRM hygiene
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Enterprise Account Executive sales experience, ideally in healthcare technology, healthcare services, or selling into hospitals/imaging centers
At least 5+ years of direct field sales experience, consistently carrying and exceeding quotas
Proven track record of sourcing and closing net-new logos and meeting or exceeding quota
Experience with complex multi-meeting, multi-stakeholder sales
Comfort working closely with a senior executive on deals
Preferred
Formal sales training, such as The Challenger Sale, is highly preferred, along with demonstrated success as a top individual contributor, exemplified by recognition such as President's Club awards
