Transformation Program Lead

Responsibilities
Drive Enterprise Transformation
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through strategy design, implementation, and change management for high-impact institutional or business initiatives
Act as a thought partner to executives, shaping goals, framing trade-offs, and ensuring clarity of direction
Integrate business, digital, and operational perspectives into one cohesive roadmap
Build and maintain transformation project plans, KPIs, and governance rhythms
Establish visual roadmaps, dashboards, and communication artifacts that align stakeholders around outcomes
Manage interdependencies and risks across multiple workstreams; model trade-offs and decision scenarios in real time
Serve as the voice of clarity in the room, crafting and delivering executive presentations that move leaders to decision
Facilitate high-stakes meetings and working sessions; synthesize complex discussions into structured outputs
Storyboard transformation narratives for internal and external audiences (PowerPoint and visual narrative building excellence required)
Translate strategy into behavior change coaching teams through ambiguity, conflict, and pace
Partner with teams to align messaging, training, and adoption
Champion a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning
Use modern digital tools (e.g., Miro, Jira, AI, Power BI) to manage execution and storytelling
Design dashboards; bring an analytical lens to decision-making and performance tracking
Understand and communicate the impact of technology and AI on workflows and capabilities
Qualification
Required
8+ years in transformation, strategy execution, consulting, or digital operations
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - you simplify the complex and move executives to action
Deep understanding of project and change management principles and more importantly, the judgment to know when to adapt them
Advanced PowerPoint, data visualization, and presentation design capability (you think in structure and narrative)
Strong analytical and financial acumen - you can model trade-offs and tell the story behind the numbers
Executive presence and emotional intelligence - able to 'own the room,' navigate competing interests, and build trust
Experience with digital platforms, data-driven management, and agile methodologies
Comfort working in high-velocity, high-stakes environments where influence and clarity matter more than authority
