Responsibilities

Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting functions
Month-End Close: Perform month-end close activities, including financial reporting and account reconciliations
Cash Management: Partner with the VP of Finance to manage and forecast weekly cash flow
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic financial statements and fulfill additional reporting requirements as needed
Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required
5-7 years of experience in General Accounting or Finance (agency experience is required)
Demonstrates strong foundational accounting knowledge, with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, Harvest, Tipalti, and related software tools
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion
