Responsibilities
Use visual thinking and hands-on design skills to solve strategic business challenges
Provide a unique perspective, inspiring concepts, and visual support for projects
Flex and showcase a variety of creative skills
Collaborate effectively with team members across the agency
Deliver client-ready assets for social, out of home, brand marketing, advertising, web, events, print & presentation deck design
Craft and elevate visually engaging presentations that transform ideas into impactful visual stories
Thrive in a diverse environment and contribute to the overall culture of Day One
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in design
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides
Multi-disciplinary design portfolio
Experienced in designing across platforms, from digital and print to experiential media
Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing workloads to meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to take projects from concept through final design execution
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong communicator with a track record of presenting concepts to clients and applying creative solutions to business challenges
Collaborates effectively to iterate on and evolve concepts through constructive feedback
Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic
Bachelor's Degree
