Confidencial is seeking a Senior Finance Director to provide financial leadership across the organization. The role involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making to drive enterprise performance.

Responsibilities

Provide senior financial leadership across the organization or assigned business units, supporting enterprise strategy and performance
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling at a senior level
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, and audit activities within the scope of responsibility
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, providing insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive financial discipline and value creation
Support capital allocation, investment evaluation, and business case development
Participate in M&A, integrations, and major strategic projects as required
Lead, mentor, and develop senior finance leaders and high-performing finance teams
Strengthen financial governance, controls, and risk management frameworks
Collaborate closely with the CFO and other senior executives on enterprise-level initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles
Proven experience managing complex financial operations or large business portfolios
Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

MBA
CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification
Experience in multinational, regulated, or large-scale organizations
Industry experience relevant to the company's business
