Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable department, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development

Oversee the full AR cycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution

Manage high-volume receivables from large retail partners such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other national accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate reconciliation

Monitor aging reports and proactively manage outstanding balances to minimize risk and improve DSO

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues and streamline workflows

Establish and enforce AR policies, procedures, and internal controls

Prepare and present AR metrics and reports to senior leadership

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
