Responsibilities
Manage life insurance cases from submission through placement
Serve as the primary in-office liaison between brokers, advisors, carriers, and underwriting teams
Recruit, train, and support experienced life insurance brokers
Deliver product training, underwriting strategies, and advanced case guidance
Track pipeline activity, placement ratios, and production trends
Strengthen carrier relationships and ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with leadership on brokerage growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on life insurance sales experience
2+ years in a brokerage manager, coordinator, or similar leadership role
Strong product, underwriting, and carrier knowledge
