In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all incoming product returns, responsible for inspecting returned goods and collaborating with the inventory team to maintain stock levels.

Responsibilities
Receive daily returns from various carriers; unpack and sort items based on condition and category
Accurately log all returned items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS); update order statuses and ensure data integrity
Inspect products for wear, damage, or defects to determine if they can be restocked, refurbished, or disposed of
Work closely with the Inventory and Procurement teams to report discrepancies, stock shortages, or recurring product issues
Maintain a clean and efficient returns workstation to ensure a safe and productive flow of goods
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to inspect returned goods
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ability to collaborate with inventory team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of quality standards and customer trust
