Responsibilities
Manage and build a qualified pipeline of HNW clients ($10M+ investable assets)
Support and directly engage with entrepreneurs, executives, and C-suite leaders
Partner with our CEO to develop and execute custom wealth strategies
Maintain precision in CRM data, pipeline tracking, and compliance documentation
Use tech and AI tools to streamline client engagement, reporting, and prospecting
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and key communications with HNW clients
Qualification
Required
2+ years supporting executives or in operations, sales, or client management in financial services, RIA, or related fields
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage and build a qualified pipeline of HNW clients ($10M+ investable assets)
Experience in supporting and directly engaging with entrepreneurs, executives, and C-suite leaders
Ability to maintain precision in CRM data, pipeline tracking, and compliance documentation
Comfortable using tech and AI tools to streamline client engagement, reporting, and prospecting
Ability to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and key communications with HNW clients
Driven with ambitious goals and relentless accountability
Precise with attention to detail
Strong communication skills to engage both internal stakeholders and high-level clients
Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce, Redtail, Excel, and eagerness to adopt AI tools
Demonstrated leadership potential to step into client-facing situations and handle complexity
Preferred
Experience in financial services, RIA, or related fields
