Responsibilities

Write hundreds to thousands of text-to-video prompts for AI video generation
Create prompts optimized for short-form and viral video formats
Work directly with generative AI video tools, including:
– Google VEO 3
– Sora / Sora 2
– Other state-of-the-art text-to-video platforms
Design prompts that control:
– Camera movement and framing
– Visual consistency
– Timing, pacing, and beats
– Tone, humor, surprise, and emotion
Analyze output, identify patterns, and continuously improve prompt performance
Collaborate with a small team in daily execution cycles
Help build a large, launch-ready library of AI-generated short videos

Required

Hands-on experience with text-to-video AI platforms
Experience creating AI-generated short videos (proof required)
Ability to share links to AI-generated videos you personally created
Strong written English (prompt quality is critical)
Comfortable iterating rapidly and improving results
Based in the United States
Authorized to work full-time in the U.S

Preferred

Experience with Google VEO 3, Sora / Sora 2, Runway, Pika, Luma, Kling, or similar
Background in: Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects), Photoshop or image editing, Writing short scripts, micro-stories, micro-dramas, or vertical video
Strong understanding of: Short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), Internet culture, memes, pacing, and virality
High learning velocity and ability to master new tools quickly
