Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems using industry-standard tools and APIs

Collaborate with HCM implementation consultants, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance

Support deployment activities, including troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues

Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards

Stay informed about UKG Pro capabilities, API enhancements, and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions
