Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead complex projects (new site launches, construction project control, automation, etc.) from planning through stabilization, ensuring delivery is on time and budget
Operational Excellence: Serve as the subject matter expert in floor operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment), implementing Lean/Six Sigma best practices to drive efficiency and cost reduction across the network
Multiple Site Operations Control: Oversee multi-site operations, providing guidance and process improvement, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with the customer
Commercial Strategy: Leverage sales/commercial experience to develop compelling business cases, articulate ROI, and align operational plans directly with strategic commercial goals
System Integration: Oversee the technical integration and optimization of critical warehouse systems such as WMS, WCS, RCS, ERP, SAP, etc
Sales: Lead and participate in new business opportunities and development. Create and maintain weekly sales activities to report directly to the leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics project management
Proven, hands-on experience in floor operations and the complete lifecycle of new warehouse site launches
Demonstrated experience or highly developed skills in sales, commercial strategy, or business development
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) and commit to long-term project assignments
Preferred
Deep system utilization proficiency with major warehouse platforms, including: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP (or other major ERP), Real-time Control Systems (RCS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
Proven experience in leading new system integration projects and managing UAT/go-live processes
