Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify supply/demand imbalances and pricing trends
Perform comprehensive asset and pricing evaluations to uncover arbitrage opportunities
Source, engage, and develop relationships with key counterparties (buyers and sellers)
Lead transaction diligence and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution
Structure buyer-seller agreements and transactional materials
Proactively generate revenue through deal origination and execution
Work closely with data, analytics, and settlement teams for seamless transactions
Present compelling investment opportunities to senior leadership

Required

Native or bilingual proficiency in English
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 2 years of sales or client-facing experience with a proven revenue-generating track record
Proven experience in cold calling and business development
Residency must be in Texas state - will be opening an office in Austin
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Tenacity, resilience, and a competitive, high-performance mindset
Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Preferred

Additional European languages are a plus
