Managing Director – High-Growth Advisory Platform
I am partnering with a rapidly scaling boutique advisory firm in the litigation support/disputes and forensics arena, seeking to bring on experienced, revenue-generating Managing Directors across several key U.S. markets
This is a unique opportunity for proven business builders who want to shape a high-growth practice while maintaining the agility and culture of a small, tightly knit firm
The consultancy is embarking on an ambitious expansion financed by PE investment
They are seeking senior-level directors with a track record of originating and delivering at least $1M in tangible, portable revenue, with the runway to grow to $3M+ in less than 5 years
Candidates will have full autonomy to build their book, their team, and their practice area-with meaningful incentives tied directly to the growth they create
Managing Directors here are not just producers; they are architects of the firm’s future
Qualification
Required
Managing Director–level candidates with a portable book of circa $1M+ within either forensics, valuations, disputes, litigation support, or any related work
Proven business builders comfortable operating in a high-autonomy model
Individuals with strong cultural alignment, who value collaboration, transparency, and ownership
