Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, incorporating scenario planning, resource needs, dependency mapping, and benefits realization

Engage with customer stakeholders to understand nuanced, domain‑specific challenges and convert insights into actionable project plans

Support transformation planning, including current‑state assessments and future‑state definitions

Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH Q10, and internal quality systems

Lead stage‑gate reviews, steering committee updates, and portfolio governance routines

Maintain audit readiness and documentation integrity across projects

Monitor portfolio and project health using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics

Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies—and drive mitigation strategies

Partner across teams to ensure alignment with schedule, scope, resourcing, and quality expectations

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years of experience in project and portfolio management, ideally in consulting or customer-facing roles

Track record of managing large-scale portfolios and delivering measurable strategic outcomes

Strong understanding of strategic planning, roadmap development, and enterprise architecture principles

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to “speak the customer's language.”

Proficiency with project management methods (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) and platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise planning tools
