Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication, warm calling, and personalized service
Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while aligning with company objectives
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through analysis of client needs and market trends
Collaborate with marketing, technical sales, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, forecast sales, and analyze performance metrics
Provide leadership within the team by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting colleagues in achieving collective goals
Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

Required

Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation, communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for account management and analysis
Demonstrated expertise in account management, sales, and technical sales environments
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategic insights
Ability to perform warm calling effectively to generate new leads and nurture existing relationships
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute education requirements
