The Engineer will apply engineering principles and processes to design innovative, quality components for the customers served, overseeing programming of machinery and leading the engineering department.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering department and process documents for all fabrication

Oversee programming of all machinery

New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs

Train the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery

Develop and design the component parts, and systems

Research and test products to analyze performance, design, and operation of each

Develop current and potential team leaders to become more effective at their current or future roles

Work with operations and sales leaders to effectively handle requests and solve problems

Develop, implement, and uphold Engineering standards and practices

Oversee and assist in team member engagement strategies

Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management
