Responsibilities

Review insurance policies and contracts to determine coverage and policy interpretation
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters
Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and disputes
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Missouri

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Client-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
