Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters
Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes
Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions
Handling closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions
Staying abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top tier accredited law school
Admitted to the Missouri state bar
A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law - ideally gained in a large law firm setting
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
