2026 Annual Conference: Sponsor Coordinator

Digital Collegium is seeking a Sponsor Coordinator for their annual conference. This role is essential for ensuring a positive experience for sponsors by managing pre-event communications, developing engagement activities, and providing onsite support during the event.

Responsibilities

Follow up with sponsors for needed content or actions (registration, logos, slides, etc.)

Develop and execute the exhibit hall passport engagement game

Send pre-conference emails (attendee list, lead retrieval, add-ons) to qualifying sponsors, as needed

Collaborate with members of the annual conference marketing team to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled

Review content and update the sponsorship web pages, as needed

Add content to the digital booths in the online event software (Swoogo), as needed

Support vice chair with onsite logistics and make sure sponsors have what they need during set up

Set up the Passport booth and distribute sponsor materials to support the activity

Work the passport booth (during session breaks) and/or oversee scheduled volunteers to ensure the passport game runs smoothly

Assist with sending the thank you and sponsor survey emails
