Responsibilities

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks and reduce manual effort

Collaborate with operations, engineering, and platform teams to improve systems integration and data flow between platforms (e.g. workflow tools and databases)

Build, design, and monitor reporting tools that surface key metrics and operational insights. These may include data related to efficiency and quality performance in moderation teams

Develop and maintain scalable data workflows (e.g. Scheduled SQL queries, Python scripts or RPA bots)

Create and maintain data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams

Partner with management and/or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them

Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, scalability, and data accessibility in operations

Required

5 years of hands-on experience in data automation as an Analyst or in a similar position is required

Proficient in Excel automation, data pipeline development, and scripting for automation tasks

Proficient in Python and SQL to conduct statistical modeling or data analysis

Familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc

Understanding of relational databases and/or data warehousing for concepts (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake)

Proven analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization

Ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions that scale

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related subjects is preferred

Able to thrive with minimal oversight and process, while keeping leadership informed on progress against deadlines

Experience working in Trust and Safety scaled operations, with an understanding of content moderation workflows or workflow management systems

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
