Support the Director of Labor Relations in negotiating, administering, and interpreting the University's collective bargaining agreements
Provide timely counseling, advice, training, and guidance on labor related matters such as policy and procedure development, performance management, workforce support and engagement, contractual wage and hour matters, conflict resolution, mediations, arbitrations, and labor laws
