Business Development Representative (BDR) – In Office (Tampa, FL)

Responsibilities
Make 100+ daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, social touches)
Conduct discovery calls to identify fit and pain points
Educate prospects on our all-in-one POS and payments offering
Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
Master outbound tactics: objection handling, pitch control, and tonality
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversions
Qualification
Required
Strong drive to become a full-cycle Account Executive
Competitive mentality and a 'no-excuses' approach
Willingness to make high-volume outbound calls daily
Ability to handle rejection professionally and keep moving
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Prior sales experience (inbound/outbound)
Experience in POS, payments, SaaS, telecom, or retail/hospitality
Experience with any CRM (HubSpot preferred but not required)
