We are seeking an experienced Handyman to provide maintenance services to our senior living residents and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Perform resident, staff, member, and community maintenance requests in local community homes, Brecon Village, and/or Evangelical Homes-Saline
Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Respond to, schedule, and complete service requests from members and community. Independently plan and organize Life Choice Solutions appointments
Purchase supplies and manage division expenses
Diagnose problems and perform minor plumbing, as necessary
Minor painting and touch up of walls, doors and other areas as needed
Packing, moving, or relocating boxes or other items for residents
Changing lightbulbs
Other minor duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with light maintenance or handyman work
Experience working with hardware tools and using ladders
Basic understanding of plumbing, and/or HVAC systems
Strong math skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License required
