Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support application build, deployment, automation, and cloud infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and automation across environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)

Integrate Jenkins with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory

Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure (compute, storage, networking, IAM)

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation

Build and manage Docker containers and orchestration using Kubernetes

Monitor system performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch

Troubleshoot CI/CD failures, deployment issues, and environment-related problems

Implement security best practices including secrets management and access controls

Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps maturity and automation standards

Document DevOps processes, pipelines, and operational procedures
