They are seeking a Cupid Analyst – Clinical Applications Professional responsible for managing and optimizing clinical applications, analyzing complex systems, and collaborating with various teams to improve clinical workflows.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Epic Cupid expert supporting cardiology service lines across implementation, optimization, and production support
Configure, build, test, and implement Epic Cupid & Radiant clinical applications end-to-end
Act as the main support contact for Cupid and Radiant, including participation in 24x7 on-call rotations
Collaborate closely with clinicians to analyze clinical workflows, documentation needs, and operational constraints
Translate clinical requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
Perform workflow analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
Analyze Epic version upgrades and new releases , recommending workflow and configuration changes
Build and maintain application databases, tables, and configuration records
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and data validation during implementations and upgrades
Develop and maintain application documentation, internal procedures, and change control processes
Provide go-live, stabilization, and ongoing production support to clinical end users
Create user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
Work independently while collaborating with team leads, managers, clinicians, and IT stakeholders
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical or procedural issues in clinical applications
Experience in Information Technology, particularly with clinical application systems and system optimization
Proficiency in Training to effectively guide end users and teams on system functionality and workflows
Project Management skills to oversee and support implementation projects and meet organizational goals
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Epic Cupid Certification (Mandatory)
Epic Radiant Certification (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Epic Cupid implementation & support
Hands-on expertise with clinical workflows (Cardiology preferred)
Experience with system configuration, testing, and go-live support
Excellent clinical-user communication & training skills
Preferred
Relevant certifications and experience in healthcare or clinical application systems are advantageous
