Responsibilities
Lead deep-dive discovery across customer architecture, governance models, and pain points
Run demos, workshops, and POVs tied to real-world metadata + lineage use cases
Design integration strategy (ingestion pipelines, APIs, metadata modeling, lineage capture, access patterns)
Build/customize POCs and technical assets to accelerate adoption
Support AEs in technical selling (incl. RFPs) and value-based narratives
Partner with Customer Success to drive smooth onboarding and ongoing wins
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
Strong grasp of modern data stacks (warehouses/lakehouses, ETL/ELT, orchestration, streaming)
Hands-on with SQL, Python/scripting, APIs/SDKs, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Strong communication + storytelling; comfortable with enterprise stakeholders
Startup mindset: adaptable, fast-moving, customer-feedback driven
