Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and leadership roles, from intake through onboarding coordination

Partner with hiring managers and the Chief Operations Officer to clarify hiring priorities, timelines, and decision criteria

Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, dental associations, and direct outreach

Conduct screening calls, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate qualifications and fit

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Provide clear, documented status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed

Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies

Represent the organization at job fairs, dental school events, and networking functions

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and standards
