Remote Patient Monitoring: Track and interpret patient scale readings and other relevant health data

Customized Diet Planning: Develop tailored meal plans for patients, particularly those on medications such as Ozempic
Patient Education: Educate patients on healthy eating habits, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to support chronic care goals
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, progress, and dietary plans using EMR platforms
