Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements
Solution Development: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to design and implement innovative solutions
AI and Emerging Tech Projects: Contribute to the development and integration of advanced AI technologies and methodologies
Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, workflows, and system specifications
Qualification
Required
1-7 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in software development or technology projects
Proven ability to gather and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential
Familiarity with software development methodologies, AI concepts, and enterprise system implementations
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in agile methodologies
Knowledge of AI or machine learning frameworks
