Responsibilities
Execute High-Impact 3D Production Model, texture, light, and animate high-quality 3D assets and scenes daily, utilizing industry-leading software (Blender, C4D, Maya) and rendering engines for various digital platforms
Collaborate & Integrate Feedback Work and integrate feedback with the creative team to brainstorm and develop compelling 3D assets and motion graphics for performance ads
Master Post-Production & Finishing Render 3D scenes and composite them with 2D graphics or live-action footage to create polished, finalized video content, ensuring all assets align with client objectives
Manage & Organize 3D Workflow Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and organize all 3D files, projects, textures, and assets in a streamlined manner
Stay Ahead of Trends Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and techniques in 3D design, motion graphics, social media, and performance advertising, applying insights to your work
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of 3D design and animation experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing product visualization, motion graphics, or performance ad content
Expert proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) and a strong grasp of animation principles, modeling, lighting, and texturing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments and bring innovative 3D concepts to the table
You are a self-starter who drives projects forward independently
You have a keen eye for quality, photorealism, and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with rendering engines (like Redshift, Octane, or V-Ray) is a plus
