Manager of PSA Compliance

Cayuga Centers is an accredited non-profit, human services agency dedicated to family support and preservation. They are seeking a Manager of PSA Compliance to develop, implement, and oversee efforts to comply with policies regarding incidents of sexual abuse and harassment in their Transitional Foster Care Program for Unaccompanied Children.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee Cayuga Centers' efforts to comply with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) and ORR policies and procedures regarding incidents of sexual abuse and sexual harassment
Serve as the point of contact with ORR's PCAN Coordinator
Respond to requests related to sexual abuse prevention and response for the agency
Ensure compliance on a daily basis, in camera footage review, walk-through of sites where children are located
Manage PSA compliance audits and responses
Facilitate the SA-SIR Incident Review Committee as required
Complete regular checks of the programs spaces as required by regulation
Ensure all program spaces have policies and procedures in place and continuously assess for risk
Oversee daily review of incidents of sexual assault and sexual harassment
Ensure appropriate tracking of incidents of sexual assault and sexual harassment
Aid in the training of agency staff regarding incidents of sexual assault and sexual harassment, and follow up requirements
Flexibility to meet program needs is a must

Required

Bachelor's degree - required
One to Three years of experience in Human Services, Behavioral Science, or Social Service field - strongly preferred
At a minimum, one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues
Dedication to high-quality record keeping, along with the ability to analyze and evaluate written reports, files, and determine necessary steps of action
Strong writing skills with the ability to proofread and edit
Strong ability to work independently as well as with a team
Flexibility to work when the families are available to meet
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask, with the ability to stay highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual - English Spanish required. All agency documents and records are in English, so English writing proficiency is required
Valid NYS Driver's License preferred

Preferred

One to Three years of experience in Human Services, Behavioral Science, or Social Service field - strongly preferred
Valid NYS Driver's License preferred
