Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
Appear in court and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Work directly with clients to ensure high-quality representation and communication
Evaluate case value and negotiate favorable settlements

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
