Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Mantra Health is an award-winning digital mental health provider for colleges and universities. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize the student journey that drives retention and utilization within their product. The role involves managing multi-channel automated campaigns and serving as the key analytical owner to improve student experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities
Design and manage complex, multi-channel automated campaigns (In-App, Push, Email, SMS) within Iterable
Develop high-leverage initiatives, such as personalized nudges, feature release rollouts, and retention programs for students approaching the end of their care journey
Run a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation framework for all automated flows, ensuring every optimization is statistically significant and documented for future learning
Serve as the key analytical owner, building and maintaining reporting dashboards to directly attribute marketing lift to key business outcomes (activation, retention, and service line utilization)
Utilize deep product analytics to diagnose friction points, identify drop-offs in the student funnel, and generate hypotheses for testing
Be accountable for delivering against KPIs including onboarding conversion rates, service line/feature usage rates, weekly activity, and customer retention
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure proper product instrumentation and accurate message deployment across the entire student experience
Collaborate with the Clinical and Marketing team to vet all communications for clinical appropriateness and alignment Mantra Health's brand & clinical outcome realization for patients
Manage the operational integrity of the Iterable platform, including segmentation logic, data synchronization, and template hygiene
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated lifecycle/retention marketing role (ideally B2C or B2B2C digital health)
Proven expertise in a top-tier marketing automation platform
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for template customization
Ability to design and manage complex, multi-channel automated campaigns (In-App, Push, Email, SMS) within Iterable
Experience running A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for automated flows
Ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards to attribute marketing lift to key business outcomes
Deep product analytics skills to diagnose friction points and identify drop-offs in the student funnel
Accountability for delivering against KPIs including onboarding conversion rates, service line/feature usage rates, weekly activity, and customer retention
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ensure proper product instrumentation and message deployment
Ability to collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to vet communications for clinical appropriateness and brand alignment
